Remote Support
allows us to connect to your computer
systems and allow us to remote
troubleshoot and support your computer
problems. By clicking the link below a
small application will be temporarily
installed to your computer. The
application will allow for us to take
full control of your mouse and keyboard.
We can than service the system problem
or if something new needs to be
configured
Remote support
application should only be downloaded
once you have spoke to a staff member of
PC Evolutions.

Click on the icon below and a dialog
box will open. Simply click open and
program will install.

Once installation is complete you will
be informed that a application will be
installed allowing for remote
connection, Click OK.

At
the next screen select "pcesupport.dynalias.com"
and than OK.
At this point our
staff will have full control over your
PC or Server
